What to include

Enquiry

A first enquiry needs enough to tell whether the requirement is worth preparing. A summary is sufficient:

  • The company and its jurisdiction
  • What the facility is for
  • Indicative size and required timing
  • Security or contractual support available
  • What repays the facility
  • Revenue and EBITDA, most recent full year

How this form works. It opens a pre-filled message in your own email client addressed to sb@kentridgecapital.com. Nothing is submitted to this website and no copy is stored here. If your device has no email client configured, write to sb@kentridgecapital.com directly.

Sending an enquiry does not create an advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship, and does not put KentRidge under any obligation of confidentiality. Please do not send confidential or price-sensitive information until a confidentiality agreement is in place.

What happens next

Enquiries are read and answered directly. The first conversation establishes whether the requirement is financeable as presented, and what would have to change if it is not. There is no obligation and no discussion of a mandate until that is clear. If it is not something we can prepare, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more useful.

Transaction focus

Lenders, private credit funds and family offices who wish to understand the sectors, structures, geographies and transaction sizes KentRidge works on are welcome to write to us. We are glad to set out our current focus and the criteria we screen against.

KentRidge acts for borrowers and their shareholders. It does not act for lenders, and discussing transaction focus does not place any lender on a distribution list. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or invitation to acquire any security or financial product.
